A surface of 15x35m, or 525m<sup>2<\/sup> of bamboo tent was installed with a self-supporting floor of the same size.<\/p>\n<p>This installation was carried out in the rules of the art and taking into account the safety of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliancechapiteaux.fr\/en\/montage-tente-de-reception-suisse-by-les-hommes-de-lombre-lho\/\">Shadow Men<\/a> (assembly team).<\/p>\n<h3>Location visit for the bamboo tent in Switzerland<\/h3>\n<p>During the preliminary location visit (around 3 months before D-Day), we identified different problems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customs Declaration<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Hotel accommodation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Restricted access for heavy goods vehicles (3 carriers of 19t)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Significant elevation gain (about 1.00 m)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Constitution of the self-supporting floor for the bamboo reception tent<\/h3>\n<p>We install our floor on a double transverse metal sheet with spacings every 83 cm. Wedging points every 1.25m<sup>2<\/sup> are installed ensuring comfort and security. Finally we enclose wooden slats on the aluminum crosspieces. Thus, the resistance to tearing is increased tenfold. This anchor is placed every 2.5m around the surface of the bamboo architecture. Then, <strong>Marina CARDIS<\/strong>, managed more than a dozen companies to organize the bamboo wedding tent.
