We rent and install reception tents in Paris
A client asked us for a company gala to establish a study on the creation of our eco-responsible tents, the Bamboo tent or the Nomad tent. Our client chose our company for a turnkey project.
Dimension of the wooden reception tent towards Paris
To accommodate 150 employees, our bamboo architecture measures 15x15m or 225m2. The periphery of the tent is supported with bamboo canes with a minimum diameter of 80cm. The lateral height of the stretched bamboo sail is 2.45m.

The main mast, in the center of the marquee, reaches 7.20m in span, it maintains the entire surface housing the reception company. This rod has a diameter of 120 to 150mm in diameter with a thickness of 12mm. An impressive architecture positioned at the center of the corporate event evening.
Bamboo tent in a field towards Paris
One of the many advantages of the Bamboo marquee is that it harmonizes perfectly with its natural environment. For the reception of a meal seated at a round table, we installed a self-supporting floor (double tablecloth) for the comfort of the employees as well as a podium for the speech.
Rental Lighting and decoration of the bamboo marquee
A simple and soft lighting is enough to give a cozy and warm atmosphere during the gala evening. Des “Guinguettes” garlands are displayed around the ecological tent with 4 RGWA led projectors. A tent for the caterer as well as a dozen pagoda tents surrounded the small pond on the estate.
